Pursuant to the Law of Lands issued by Royal Decree No. 5/80,

And to Royal Decree No. 5/81 on Usufruct of the Sultanate’s Lands,

And to Regulations regarding Royal Decree No. 5/81 on the usufruct of the Sultanate’s lands,

issued by Royal Decree No. 88/82,

And to The Regulation of Values, Fees and Prices Obtained by The Ministry of

Housing, Issued by Ministerial Decision No. (92/2016),

And the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

And in pursuance of the Public Interest,
