the system of the Public Authority for Electricity and Water promulgated by Royal Decree No. 58/2009,

the Executive Regulation of the Financial Law issued by Decision No. 118/2008,

the Executive Regulation of the tender law issued by Decision No. 29/2010,

the approval of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Electricity and Water pursuant to its Decision No. 3/1/2017 held at Session No. 1/2017,

and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,
