The Public Authority of Consumer Protection System promulgated by Royal Decree No.53/2011, and

The Consumer Protection Law promulgated by Royal Decree No.66/2014, and

The executive regulations of the Consumer Protection Law issued by ministerial decision No.49/2007, and

The approval of the Cabinet of Ministers, and

The approval of the Public Authority for Consumer Protection board of directors, and

For the public interest
