Based on the Labour law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 35/2003,
the esteemed decision of the Council of Ministers issued in its session No. 25/2016, held on the 9th of Muharram 1438 AH, corresponding to the 11th of October 2016,
and the Ministerial Decision No. 48/2005 Regarding the Fees for Issuing Licenses for the Recruitment of Non-Omani Manpower, Their Labour Cards, and Its Renewal,
and with the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
and in accordance with the public interest,
It is hereby decided
