And the Government Lands Entitlement System issued by Royal Decree No.81/84,

And the System of Real Estate Registry issued by Royal Decree No.2/98,

And the terms of reference of the Ministry of Housing and the adoption of its organizational structure issued by Royal Decree No. 3/2008,

And to the aquaculture regulation and quality control issued by Ministerial Decision No. 177/2012,

And to the decision of the Ministers Council in its session No.15/2014

dated May 2^nd 2014 approved in its session No. 16/2014 dated June 1^st2014,

And the approval of the Ministry of Finance via its letter No. “Finance-T(5379)

M.T.D/2/1/2014 dated 27/6/1435 A.H, corresponding to 27/4/2014 A.D”
