Pursuant to the Law of Lands issued by the Royal Decree No.5/80,

And,  the  system  of  government  lands entitlement  issued  by  Royal DecreeNo.81/84;

And, the system of Land Registry issued by RoyalDecreeNo.2/98;

And, Ministerial DecisionNo.15/1999determining titling prices, rental rates, and registration fees of governmental lands;

And, Ministerial DecisionNo.21/2000 determining the fees of changing the use of lands;

And, Ministerial Decision No. 5/2006 determining the fees of changing the use of agricultural lands and providing basic services;

And, the Executive Regulations of agriculture system issued by Ministerial Decision41/2010; 

And, the Ministers Council resolution issued at its Session No.21/2012 on 11/1433 A.H, corresponding to 31/07/2012 A.D determining the fees of changing the use of agricultural lands to other uses;

And, the Ministry of Finance approval in its letter(No. Finance-T 7176/M.T.D/6/3/2013)dated1/7/2013 A.D;

And in Pursuance of the Public Interest;

                                                  The following has been decreed;
