Ministerial Decision No. 222 / 2013 Determining the Minimum Wage for Omanis in the Private Sector
Published in Official Gazette No 1010 On Date 27 / 04 / 2013
Based on the Labor Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 35 / 2003,
Ministerial Decision No. 77 / 2011 regarding the determination of the minimum wage for the national manpower in the private sector,
And The Council of Ministers Decision issued in its session No. 3/2013 held on 21 Rabi' al-Awwal 1434, corresponding to February 2, 2013 regarding the increase of the minimum wage for Omanis working in the private sector,
and in pursuance of public interest.
It is hereby decided:
