Pursuant to the Law of Lands issued by the Royal Decree No.5/80,

And, the  system  of government  lands entitlement  issued  by  Royal Decree No.81/84;

And, the system of Land Registry issued by Royal Decree No.2/98;

And,  Royal  Decree  No.  21/2004  concerning the regulation of property ownership by GCC citizens in Member States;

And, the system of Real Estate acquisition by Non-Omanis in Integrated Tourism Complexes promulgated by Royal Decree No. 12/2006;

And, the Ministerial Decision No. 43/98 on the regulations of corporate ownership and registration of real estate;

And, to the MinisterialDecisionNo.21/2000 on determining the fees of changing the use of lands;

And, the Ministerial Decision No.  1/2005  on  determining the  fees  of changing  the  uses  of agriculture lands and provision  of their basic services;

And, the  Ministerial DecisionNo.61/2006  on determining  the prices of governmental lands And, the approval of the Ministry of Finance;

And in Pursuance of the Public Interest;

                                                        The following has been decreed;
