Royal Decree No. 1/78 defining the powers and responsibilities of the Directorate General for Specifications and Standards within the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,

Royal Decree No. 102/2005 outlining the powers and structure of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,

Ministerial Decision No. 87/2000 determining fees for services, analyses, and tests provided by the Directorate General for Specifications and Standards,

and Ministerial Decision No. 41/2005 permitting the adoption of international or foreign standards,

and in pursuance of public interest,
