Ministerial Decision No. 15/2011 Regarding the Issuance of the Free Zone Regulation in Salalah

In reference to the Free Zones Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 56/2002,
and based on Royal Decree No. 67/2003 for the application of the Unified Customs Law for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries,
and Royal Decree No. 62/2006 for the establishment of the Salalah Free Zone, as well as the letter from the Ministry of Finance No. M S S/2/103/9883 dated 25th Shawwal 1431 (4th October 2010),
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided:
