Based on the Royal Decree No. 3/2008 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Housing and Adapting Its Organizational Structure,
the Social Housing Law issued by Royal Decree No. 37/2010,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance on its letter no Finance-T (11891) M.T.D/1/10/2010 on 30/12/1431 A.H. corresponding to 6/12/2010 A.D,
and in accordance with the public interest,
it is hereby decided
