After perusal of the Royal Decree No. 120/2004 promulgating the Civil Service Law,
the approval of the Council of Ministers in its session No. 3/2010,
the decision of the Civil Service Council in its extraordinary session held on 19/1/2010
And the decision of the Civil Service Council in its extraordinary session held on 25/10/2010
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows:
