We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
after perusal of the Royal Decree No. 26/75 issuing the Law on the Organization of the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Law No. 4/74 concerning Commercial Companies,
and Royal Decree No. 54/75 amending the Commercial Companies Law concerning the Commercial Dispute Resolution Committee,
and in pursuance of public interest,
Hereby decree as follows:
