the Land Registry System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 2/98,

the Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/98,

the capital market law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 80/98,

the State Financial and Administrative Control Law issued by Royal Decree No. 55/2000,

Royal Decree No. 67/2003 applying the Unified Customs Law for the GCC States,

the Privatization Law issued by Royal Decree No. 77/2004,

the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree No. 120/2004,

the Law Regulating the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued by Royal Decree No. 32/2008,
