Based on Royal Decree No. 112/2000 ratifying the Protocol of Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Marrakech Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization,
Royal Decree No. 102/2005 adopting the organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,
Ministerial Decision No. 109/2000 establishing the Technical Regulations Information Center,
Ministerial Decision No. 143/2000 Determining the competencies of the Technical Regulations Information Center,
And Ministerial Decision No. 120/2002 amending the name of the Technical Regulations Information Center to the National Center for Information and Inquiry Point,
And in pursuance of the public interest.
