Based on the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 8/80 and its amendments,
and the Executive Regulation of the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree No. 52/84 and its amendments,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance in letter No. (Finance / T (5408) MZT / 11301- General / 5460) dated 3/5/2004,
and the approval of the Civil Service Council in its session No. 3/2004 held on 19/5/2004,
and in accordance with the public interest,
