Pursuant to the Postal Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 27/80,

the financial law issued by Royal Decree No. 47/98 and its amendments,

the Council of Ministers’ decision in its session No. 6/2003 held on Safar 6, 1424 AH, corresponding to April 8, 2003 AD, and approved in its session No. 7/2003, held on Safar 27, 1424 AH, corresponding to April 29, 2003 AD, approving postal tariff lists in accordance with what was agreed upon between the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Finance,

the executive regulations of the Postal Service Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 22/80 and the amending decisions thereof,

Ministerial Resolution No. 148/91 in the matter of regulating the practice of private establishments for the international express mail service and the amending decisions thereof,

Ministerial Decision No. 54/92 in the matter of regulating the service of private postal bags,

Ministerial Decision No. 73/95 issuing the rules for the reply commercial correspondence service,

Ministerial Decision No. 36/2001 allowing post offices to receive commercial transactions,

Ministerial Decision No. 2/2003 regulating the receipt and transfer of commercial transactions of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry at post offices,

and the public interest.

It is hereby decided
