Ministerial Decision No. 88/2000 Regarding the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf Cooperation Council States in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Based on the Arbitration Law in Civil and Commercial Disputes promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/97,

the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States in its fourteenth session held from December 20-22, 1993, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regarding the establishment of a commercial arbitration center in the GCC state,

the Arbitration Procedures Regulations of the aforementioned Commercial Arbitration Center, ratified in Riyadh on November 16, 1999,

and the decision of the Council of Ministers issued in its session No. 10/2000 on December 29, 1420 AH, corresponding to April 4, 2000,

and in accordance with the public interest,

it is hereby decided
