Based on the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and Its Amendments issued by Royal Decree No. 26/75,
the decision of the Council of Ministers issued on 23/9/1986,
the Ministerial Decision No. 7/86 issuing the regulation for the distribution and tariff of electricity and potable water and its amendments,
Ministerial Decision No. 13/86 Regarding Industrial Tariffs,
and the decision of the Council of Ministers issued on February 15, 1995 to unify electricity prices for industry across all factories inside and outside the industrial zones.
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
