After perusal of the Royal Decree No. 26/75 Issuing the Law governing the administrative apparatus of the state and its amendments,
the Competences of the Ministry of Electricity and Water promulgated by Royal Decree No. 11/82,
the statement of the Council of Ministers issued on December 15, 1987 regarding the pricing of electricity consumption.
the decision of the Council of Ministers at its session No. 12/91, held on 5/28/1991 AD.
and Regulations for the distribution and tariff of electricity and water issued by Ministerial Decision No. 7/86 and its amendments,
it is hereby decided
