We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute
of the State promulgated by Royal
Decree 101/96,
and the Agreement between the
Sultanate of Oman and the Slovak Republic for the Avoidance of Double
Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income
signed in the city of Muscat on 25 March 2018,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
