We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

Royal Decree 1/80 Establishing the State General Reserve Fund,

Royal Decree 39/96 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Finance and Adopting Its

Organisational Structure,

and Royal Decree 14/2006 Establishing the Oman Investment Fund and Promulgating Its System,

and in pursuance of public interest,
