Royal Decree 89/2020 Establishing the Ministry of Labour, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Royal Decree 17/2002 Restructuring the Civil Service Council and Determining Its Competences,

Royal Decree 76/2004 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Manpower and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

Royal Decree 142/2008 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Civil Service and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

Royal Decree 48/2016 Establishing the National Training Fund and Promulgating Its System,

Royal Decree 22/2019 Establishing the National Centre for Employment and Promulgating Its System,

and the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
